Anchor Hocking Fire King Cornflower 12oz Small Casserole Dish with Lid. This has the blue cornflower design over milk glass. It is in good shape with no chips or cracks, I do not see much for utensil marks so I don't think it was used very much. it measures 5" across and stands 2" tall.
